Googly Eyes
Yield: About 20 sets of eyes

Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp corn syrup
4 tsp milk
1/4 tsp almond extract
Chocolate pieces for the eye balls

Directions

1. Whisk together the sugar and cornstarch.

2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate) and mix into a thick paste. Add more milk if it's too thick.

3. Scoop into a piping bag and pipe out your eyes. Quickly add a piece of chocolate to the middle for the eye ball (the paste hardens fast).

4. Let sit for 24 hours at room temperature to set. Store in the freezer.
